CALVIN the Dog needs a home

Sweet, tiny Calvin was found on the side of the road by our farm manager, Amy. He was skin and bones, completely infested with ticks, and terrified.


He was immediately taken to the vet to get urgent medical treatment and has called the farm his home since. He has a long way to go before he fully recovers from everything he went through before Amy found him, but he is already so loved by everyone at the farm!


Calvin might lose part of his ear due to the damage the ticks caused to it, but he didn't lose his spirit. He is slowing learning to trust everyone, one by one and enjoys getting treats. Calvin will call the farm his home until he is ready to find that perfect forever home!




At the time of adoption a donation is required before the animal is placed in an adoptive home.

$250 - For dogs deemed seniors by LCAR (generally 7 yrs and older) 





$150 - For senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) adopting senior dogs  




$150 - For Saint Francis Farm Resident dogs
